Lead action designer … I know about action such as:

1. 10 guys hitting saucepans to the left

2. 50 guys blowing whistles to the right

3. 100 guys turning flashlights on and off

Do I qualify for the job?

I think they are more after someone, who is able to take everyday actions and convert it into an easy, but challenging piece of gameplay.

For instance, the action designer who came up left, left, right, down up, X,up,R shoulder, Down, down, up, A,A X, Y.. = take gun out of holster, scratch head and say WTF?

I would be better than all of you. I would be more than happy to stay up for over a week working on a game if I got the chance. I have always wanted to be a game designer, and I am not going to ever stop not wanting to be one.
