Half-Life 2 in View
Some seasonal pre-E3 pre-release buzz creation seems to be kicking off at the moment with some pre-pre-press promotions for Half-Life 2. Timing must be everything for promoting a sequel like this… just when you thought you’d thought about forgetting the original here it comes.

The only thing I want to see is a demo, I’m not interested in hype. I just tend to play what’s on offer now, no point worrying about what might be on offer in x months time. Teasers like this? Magazine fluff. Does more harm to a game than good in my books. DNF looked good when they first promoted it. Now it’s just a joke within the development/gaming community. HL2 and TF2 have been edging toward that joke status too.
