Xbox Live Fees
Xbox Live seems to have been well accepted in the US, and hopefully one day we’ll see it here. However a few gremlins are starting to appear in the infrastructure. Apparently Phantasy Star Online will include a monthly access fee that is in addition to the existing Xbox Live subscription. Not a good precedent to set, and it’ll be interesting to see how the extra fee impacts the popularity of PSO. The same page on PA also has the rumour of a US$99 Xbox this Xmas…
