Garage Games Will Now Sell For You
Garage Games, makers and marketers of the free-till-you’re-finished Tribes 2 Torque Game Engine, have announced developers can now sell their completed projects online through the company. Initially GG offered full use of the Torque Engine to independent developers for a mere US$100 until a game actually went to market, when a scaled pricing scheme kicked in. With the release of their new Player’s Site, developers can publish their games online and reap royalties which begin at 65 percent for exclusive content. That’s over half the sale price going to the developer - a darn site more than the traditional publishing deals.
