Midday Monday: Start running from the cops.
Yes. The latest Need For Speed game is right around the corner on all platforms. But Midday Monday, PC gamers will get the first taste when the demo is released. They will be able to out run the cops in the HSV GTS or the FORD TS50 in the exclusive Australian demo. Hopefully the tongue in cheek advertising will make it to our screens soon. The ads contain the new Lambourgini, it is being driven by two nerds, who pull up beside a police car. From that point the advert takes one of three twists.
Austalian Need For Speed
1. A Nerd gets out of the car, runs to the 65MPH sign and spray paints a 1 in front of the 6 and promptly gets back in the car.
2. The passenger in a few subtle gestures, tells the cops he is about to speed off down the street.
3. The nerds both have stockings over their heads and ask the police where the nearest bank is.
All adverts end with the Lambourgini pulling out closely followed by the cops.
Anyhow DEMO sounds great. I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow night.
