Yahoo have launched a new service called Games on Demand, which allows you to rent and download games for specific periods of time. The difference to other similar services seems to be that they are offering games you might actually want to play - CIV3, Deus Ex, Serious Sam, etc. They’re a little old, but at around US$3 for 3 days on a single game, or US$9.95 for 3 games for a month, it’s fine value. The big question is ‘does it work’ ? Oh, and how do you finish Deus Ex in 3 days…
