Dragon’s Lair reborn in 3D!
Later in 2002 the Xbox, PC and Mac platforms will be treated to a revamped version of the classic arcade adventure Dragon�s Lair. The game and characters are based on the original fantasy adventure from legendary animator Don Bluth and is being developed by Dragonstone:

Dirk the Daring, a courageous knight, must save the beautiful Princess Daphne who has been kidnapped by the evil dragon Singe, and hidden in a medieval castle owned by Mordroc, a powerful and malevolent wizard. Gamers must use cat-like reflexes, cunning and resourcefulness to solve puzzles, defeat a variety of enemies, and fight their way through the castle to find Daphne and save the kingdom from Mordroc’s clutches.

This game was a coin stealer when it first came out
in the early eighties. In fact i would go as far as to say this game was stupendously hard.
It migrated to the commodore 64 (on two tapes!)
and the graphics just didnt get any justice. I hope
it looks as good as it did then.
