Everquest Legends Announced

Sony have announced a premium service for Everquest, called Everquest Legends. Comes in at a whopping US$39.95 per month (instead of $10), and give you access to new stuff:

• each player character will have a personal homepage featuring all the character’s statistics and items;
• an exclusive server, with a limited population of players able to participate in the new, more dynamic world;
• truly unique and awesome new equipment will be introduced prior to their release on our other servers;

And they’ve obviously been reading Monty’s EQ Chronicles - one of the new features is

“A lasting legacy and homage to your characters’ adventures…posting everything from the short story to the grand epic in the Tales of Adventure”

What do you make of this Monty ? A special playground for the rich ??
