Oooh, I’ve always wanted to go to E3. Take me! Take me! :)

Next year should be a cracker. Hows about BigKid posts an authorisation letter (similar to Penny Arcade’s International Gaming Corps card) that we can print out and all go ;-)

There should be MANY good games there. 2nd generation games for Xbox and the GCN. 3rd generation titles for the PS2 and hopefully quite a few decent PC titles….but then again when has E3 not been brilliant?

After attending last year, neither Rob nor I have any desire to go back. Perhaps much enjoyment is had by others, but I left L.A. a day early I was so sick of the place.

Why? What was wrong with it? The usual problems associated with E3…too many people? Spill the beans Splash!

I simply just did not enjoy it…that’s all I gots ta say about that…

I simply just did not enjoy it…that’s all I gots ta say about that…perhaps details shall be more forthcoming at the next BK gathering…in a locale less incriminating…Buy me a beer and we’ll see how far down the rabbit hole goes ;)

mmm I went last year with IanStorm.com and had a blast :)

I can totally appreciate what you’re saying about L.A. It truely sucks after about 1-2 days. Waaaaaay too many cars, concrete, pollution, etc. Even the places you’ve heard so much about like Sunset Blvd etc are just dirty run down strip malls. It’s very weird - you’re walking along a street thinking how crummy it is and suddenly there’s the Whisky-Au-Go-Go, and opposite is The Viper Room. Still - it’s worth going once, to get it out of your system. They should move it around - Chicago, NY, San Fran. Anywhere but L.A. !

So will anybody from Bigkid be going next year?
