Yuri’s clarification

In a news post yesterday it was mentioned that the game Red Alert 2: Yuri’s Revenge was delayed because it depicted the WTC being destroyed on the box art and that some missions may involve defending or attacking the WTC in New York.

We received an e-mail today from the publishers of the game with a clarification on this point:

Just wanted to clarify a few things.

1- The box art did not depict the WTC being blown up. The image is actually of the New York Skyline with explosions occurring around and on a number of buildings and not the WTC.

2 - I have completed each of the missions from the Allied perspective, and in none of them do you “defend or attack” the WTC.

Just wanted to make that clear for your readers.
