Dungeon Siege Preview
At the recent Microsoft Fanstock event, enthusiastic gamers were shown previews of upcoming titles being published by MS. RPG Planet have a preview up of Dungeon Siege, an RPG in development at Gas Powered Games. It’s excitedly written by an obvious fan of the game, which can’t help but spark enthusiasm. It’s in two parts and features comments from lead designers Chris Taylor and Jake McMahon.
A huge rock beast emerged and was quickly dispatched by a well-placed arrow into nearby exploding barrels. In a ball of flame and concussion the rock beast turned into a harmless heap of stones that scattered across the floor in a most dramatic and viscerally appealing manner, with Chris Taylor calmly saying, “This is a great example of…. blowing sh*t up”
