Sony’s Airboard
Looks like Sony is gunning strongly for the wireless web appliance market by releasing something called an ‘Airboard’. It’s a wireless screen for web browsing, and it doubles as a television and a remote control for other appliances. The Airboard is due for release in Japan on Dec 1, but there’s no details on price yet. (boo!)
Could be damn nifty, but even better if it has some 3D acceleration! Thanks slashdot.
