Micron Sues Rambus
Micron Technology the makers of DRAM have filed a suit against Rambus Inc. the makers of competing RAMBUS memory asserting violations of Federal anti-trust laws.
The suit … also asserts invalidity, non-infringement, and non-enforceability of Rambus patents pursuant to a number of different bases.
