The Penguin Takes On Mario
Red Hat Inc and Indrema Corporation have announced a partnership to handle the distribution and branding of DV Linux, a Linux OS for video game consoles.
The DV Linux distribution will include technology developed by Red Hat and Indrema, and it will provide the necessary components to produce a world class gaming platform for consumer electronics. Indrema will become the first to adopt the DV Linux standard with the release of its Indrema Entertainment System (IES) video game console and software development kit, which incorporates the Open Source DV Linux architecture.
