MS Case Goes Supreme
The Microsoft anti-trust case has been sent to the Supreme Court, bypassing a lower court in an attempt to speed up proceedings. US District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson also delayed an order imposing restrictions on MS business practices found to have been anticompetitive. Wow, look at the legal jargon go. Some lawyers somewhere in the States are planning their retirement on the proceeds of this case.
