Tony Hawks on N64 review

AussieGamer.com have posted their review of Neversoft’s tasty skateboarding
game, Tony Hawk’s Skateboarding (A.K.A Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater for those of
you in the U.S). Here’s a snip:

“While I have a rusty N64, most of the games on the system are painfully
childish and much too colorful for my liking. When I first played Tony
Hawk’s Skateboarding, it was much different to my expectations. When
publishers buy licenses (Tony Hawk’s name for example), the final product is
usually of a lower quality, and the only thing that gets the game off
shelves is the name of the game (names such as Star Wars, etc.). I’m happy
to say that this isn’t so with Tony Hawk’s Skateboarding”
