New QGL Registration

Oz gaming group Queensland Gamers League LAN registration has moved to a new location after a recent site revamp. The new setup allows other local and interstate LANs to all register through a single interface. Previous QGL players have been moved to the new system, but there are some new procedures to be followed:

a) Click ‘Edit Account’, scroll down to where it says location, and select the apropriate setting. If your location isn’t covered, pop [Nathan] an email and he’ll add it.

b) Set up your clan (or get someone in your clan to do so). Clan Management has been upgraded significantly; clans no longer have a separate login account but are admined by one or more players. Using the Clan Management interface you can see what clans you are in or create a new clan. Keep in mind that clan leaders are able to add members themselves, so it may not actually require you to do anything. Also, it is now possible to belong to
more than one clan; so those of you who play for different clans in Quake3 and Counter-Strike should now be covered.

Any questions can be sent to Nathan.
